The Truckee Donner Railroad Society will be running trains on our HO scale model railroad in the north hall at the Community Recreation Center, 10981 Truckee Way. The model depicts Truckee in 1927, with models of historic buildings and trains that came through Truckee nearly 100 years ago. Docents will talk about Truckee's rich railroad history and railroad modeling, and help kids run the trains.
